Throughout this research, I aim to utilize multiplex assays of variant effects data to augment the predictive power of machine learning modeling. A novel machine learning model will be created to achieve this effect with the goal of quickly and effectively identifying the pathogenicity of variants.

I am responsible for the creation of the model to identify the pathogenicity of variants and the further analysis of the model and its features to draw conclusions about the most important features in predicting the pathogenicity of variants.
